Compensation Structure
- $600 per new car sold
- $1,000 bonus at every 10 units/month sold
- Additional performance-based spiffs (KPIs discussed during interview)
A Car Concierge closing at quota of 10 cars/month earns $7,000 before spiffs
Top performers have strong upside beyond this.
What You’ll Do
As a Car Concierge, you’re not a traditional salesperson — you guide clients through a premium experience.
- Work warm inbound leads from our website
- Help clients choose the right vehicle and structure (lease, finance, cash)
- Review deals clients build online and bring them across the finish line
- Deliver a white-glove, concierge-level experience
- Manage your pipeline using our CRM structured workflow (Zoho Dialpad)
- Build relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
Who We’re Looking For
This role is for high-performers who know how to close.
You are:
- Competitive and driven by income
- Fast to respond and strong on the phone
- Organized and able to handle multiple deals
- Confident guiding clients to decisions
- Coachable but not dependent
Bonus if you have:
