As a result, we are NOW HIRING a Warranty Service Advisor for our service department. In this position you will assist our customers with scheduling their automotive repairs, explaining what repairs are and are not covered under warranty, assisting with parts purchases, completing repair order paperwork and assisting the Service Manager as needed.

Ideal Candidates:

-Strong customer service skills are required

-Must have good organizational skills

-Excellent communication skills

-Great people skills are needed

-Ability to de-escalate issues and reassure customers

-Good phone skills and customer follow-up skills

-Knowledge of automotive industry (Auto Parts) is a plus

-Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projects

-Must have a valid driver’s license

-Must be team oriented

-Must be on time and dependable

Our benefits package includes, but is not limited to:

-Pay rate range $16/hr to $20/hr (based on exp) Earn $33,280 to $41,600/yr (based on exp)

-Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (Shift hours may fall between 7:30am-6:00p)
