We're looking for an energetic, motivated Shift Lead who enjoys connecting with people, supporting a team, and taking ownership of the member experience and daily operations at Drive.
The Role
The Shift Lead is responsible for creating an exceptional member experience while keeping the facility, team, and daily operations running smoothly throughout their assigned shift.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is resourceful, reliable, organized, savvy, and comfortable taking ownership. The right person can manage multiple priorities at once, quickly pivot when things change, and confidently figure out what needs to happen next.
You may be helping a member at the front desk one minute, assisting a guest with a membership question the next, supporting a team member, processing a transaction, addressing a facility issue, or coordinating the final details of the evening.
No two shifts are exactly the same. The ability to prioritize, problem-solve, communicate, and keep things moving is essential.
The Shift Lead serves as a key point person for the Service Team during their shift and is responsible for ensuring the facility, team, and member experience are set up for a successful close.
