Seeking a dynamic manager to join our Industry Specific Training program, designed to prepare you for a leadership role in our rapidly growing, privately held B2C company. • Experienced Leaders: A Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of management experience in retail, restaurants, automotive, or similar industries is required.

Key Requirements:

While this role offers significant rewards, candidates should consider the following expectations:

• Availability: Must work at least one weekend day and be able to commit to a 50-hour workweek.
• Appearance Standards: No neck or face tattoos, Facial piercings must be removed for interviews and while on duty , hand tattoos must be covered with gloves during the shift
• Clean, neat, and professional
• Hands-On Role: Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and directly engaging with team operations. This is NOT a management job sitting behind a desk in an office. You will be out in the location interacting with customers and staff.
