About the Role
As a Header Operations Technician, you'll oversee Header machines, ensuring they produce quality components that meet our high standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Monitor and Operate: Ensure smooth machine functionality and high-quality production.
- Shop Drawing Interpretation: Accurately interpret technical drawings.
- Material Selection and Maintenance: Choose the right materials, adjust machines, and perform minor maintenance.
- Precision and Documentation: Use various measuring tools and accurately document material handling.
- Ensure Quality: Guarantee that products meet our rigorous specifications.
- Problem Solve: Collaborate with departments to tackle minor machine issues.
- Maintain Organization: Keep your workspace tidy and organized.
- Additional Duties: Carry out tasks as directed by your Supervisor.
- Cross-Machine Monitoring: Stay versatile by managing different machines when needed.
Skills and Experience Required
