Overview:
The Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing and improving residential and commercial properties. This role ensures that facilities remain safe, functional and well presented for tenants, staff and visitors.
We are asking that the applicant have experience in minor plumbing and electrical repairs, carpentry skills, general building repairs, and landscaping.
Problem solving, able to work independent and detailed orientated will be required.
The applicant understands that the position is part time. Strong possibility that this position can lead into full time. Advancement within company strong.
Responsibilities:
* Perform general maintenance and repairs.
* Perform basic carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, minor plumbing and electrical repairs and landscaping.
* Identify and address maintenance needs during inspections.
* Respond promptly to maintenance work orders.
* Maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
* Work will be performed indoors or outdoors and in various weather conditions
* Able to be on call as needed for after hour calls.
* Valid driver's license required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
