Marketing Assistant

Reports To: Marketing Manager

Position Summary:

The Marketing Associate supports the Marketing Department in executing a wide range of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, sales growth, and customer engagement across all business segments. This role is ideal for a highly organized, creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing marketing projects to life — from promotions and events to digital and print communications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support the creation and distribution of sales and marketing materials, including

flyers, menus, catalogs, and digital content.

· Manage updates to company websites, digital catalogs, and social media channels to ensure content is current and engaging.

· Assist in planning and organizing company events, food shows, and customer promotions.

· Maintain an organized digital asset library of images, logos, templates, and marketing collateral.

· Support data management and reporting on marketing initiatives such as rebate programs, sales promotions, and external support contact information.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent

experience).

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative

Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) a plus.

· A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic business environment.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation/Benefits:

• $50,000 - $55,000 starting depending on experience
• Medical, Dental, Vision after 90 days
