Location: Driscoll Outpatient Rehab Clinic
Schedule: Our clinic operates Monday through Friday. The candidate will have the flexibility to choose a schedule that suits their 40-hour week, whether it's five 8-hour days, four 10-hour days, or another variation. Enjoy a work-life balance with no weekend shifts and no on-call duties.
Experienced occupational therapists and new graduates with pediatric rotation experience are encouraged to apply!
As an Occupational Therapist at Driscoll Children’s Hospital’s Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic, you’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based care that helps pediatric patients reach their highest level of function and independence. You’ll assess developmental and functional needs, create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans, and educate families on home programs to support continued progress.
This role involves close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, participation in care planning meetings, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. You’ll also support department initiatives such as process improvement, in-service education, and community outreach.

Education Requirement
- Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Texas Licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (or obtain within 6 months of hire)
- CPR certification (or obtain within 90 days upon hire)
