What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Customer Service Representative position at DripWorks?
One Seasonal CSR needed ASAP! Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Mon-Fri
- Document all customer information by quickly and accurately entering product orders into the company computer system.
- Quickly access the catalog and website to refer customers to the correct pages for product resources appropriately.
- Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing answers.
- Respond to and process Customer Tickets.
- Recognize opportunities to up sell customers by explaining new products and features.
- Package product, as needed, when free from telephone calls and emails.
- Ability to work through at least the end of June 2023 or longer depending on how busy we are.
- Ability to speak, read and write in fluent English.
- This is NOT a telemarketing job!

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Impeccable attendance and punctuality (punctuality) is required.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with all customer information.
- Experience working in a high-volume customer service call center is preferred.
- Ability to deal tactfully and professionally with a variety of customers.
- Experience with processing credit card transactions is preferred.
