At Drip, we’re building the leading live and social commerce platform for collectors, powered by passionate sellers and cutting-edge tech. Our platform enables millions of users to buy, sell, and engage around collectibles like trading cards, toys, comics, and more. We’re growing fast—and so is the complexity of our inventory operation.
We’re looking for an experienced Inventory & Fulfillment Associate (contractor) to manage the physical and digital flow of inventory at our Oregon-based warehouse and secure vault. You’ll play a critical role in receiving and shipping products, managing user-specific inventory, and ensuring accurate tracking through our systems. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of warehouse operations and logistics technology.
- Receive inbound inventory shipments and validate contents against purchase or partner records.
- Sort, label, and organize inventory in our secure vault by user and SKU.
- Fulfill and ship outbound orders accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and vault environment.
- Use Drip’s internal inventory management system to track and update item status by user.
- Reconcile physical inventory counts with system data; flag and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure all scanned or logged data is accurate, timely, and complete.
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact with our inventory management and fulfillment partners.
- Communicate any issues, delays, or process improvements.
- Ensure partner SLAs (e.g., receiving time, inventory accuracy) are being met.
- 4 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, or fulfillment.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with both physical products and inventory software.
- Experience using inventory management tools (e.g., ShipHero, NetSuite, etc.) is a plus — but you’ll primarily be using Drip’s internal inventory system.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Clear communicator with a proactive mindset and a problem-solving attitude.
- Familiarity with collectible categories like trading cards, toys, comics, or similar.
- Experience working with startups or fast-paced e-commerce environments.
- Prior experience managing or coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
- Competitive salary and benefits
- Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling startup
- A collaborative, mission-driven culture
- Access to some of the coolest collectibles and pop culture gear around
