Assistant Principal

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Principal located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Assistant Principal will assist in the daily management of school operations, oversee disciplinary matters, support teachers and staff, and ensure compliance with district and state policies. Responsibilities include collaborating on curriculum development, fostering a positive and inclusive school environment, coordinating student services, and contributing to the professional development of staff. The Assistant Principal will play a key role in maintaining high standards of education and student achievement while building strong relationships with students, staff, and the school community.

• Strong skills in School Administration, Leadership, and Staff Supervision
• Expertise in Student Support, Conflict Resolution, and Behavior Management
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Instructional Strategies
• Knowledge of Education Policies, Regulations, and Compliance Requirements
• Excellent Communication, Decision-Making, and Organizational Skills
• Ability to foster a positive and inclusive school culture
• Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
• State Board for Educator Certification (SBEC) certification in Educational Administration or Principalship required
• Prior experience in a leadership or administrative role within an educational setting preferred
