DripJobs is seeking an experienced Technical Development Manager to lead our development team and drive the continued evolution of our industry-leading CRM platform for home service contractors. This is a direct-report position to the CTO, offering significant influence over our technical strategy and product direction.
As our Technical Development Manager, you'll oversee the development and enhancement of our platform that empowers contractors to streamline operations, manage customer relationships, and grow their businesses. You'll work closely with the CTO to translate business vision into technical reality while leading a talented team of developers.
- Lead and mentor our technical team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Architect and oversee implementation of new features and system enhancements
- Dive deep into complex technical challenges, debugging high-level issues across our ASP.NET MVC application stack
- Collaborate directly with the CTO to align technical initiatives with business objectives
- Manage AWS infrastructure optimization and scaling strategies
- Drive sprint planning, code reviews, and technical documentation standards
- Ensure platform reliability, performance, and security for our growing customer base
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in ASP.NET MVC Framework with hands-on ability to identify and resolve complex bugs
- Database Mastery: Strong SQL Server skills including query optimization, stored procedures, and database architecture
- Cloud Infrastructure: Proven experience managing and optimizing AWS environments
- Leadership Excellence: Track record of motivating technical teams and delivering results
- Communication Skills: Ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders and articulate strategic vision to developers
- Organization & Focus: Goal-oriented approach with strong project management capabilities
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to tackle ambiguous challenges
