Pay Structure:
- Training (First 30 Days): $13/hour
- Grace Period (Next 90 Days): $14/hour
- Growth Phase - after grace period: $15-18/hour based on performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble menu items like ice cream rolls, crepes, and waffles.
- Keep the café clean and organized, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
- Take orders accurately and operate the register.
- Deliver friendly, welcoming hospitality to every guest.
Qualification:
- 18 Years
- Must be fully available
Schedule
- Weekdays: 4:30pm-11:30Pm
- Weekends: 12pm-11:30Pm
