Role Description
We are a high-growth, tech-focused startup in the health and wellness space. We're looking for someone to run our social media and turn that attention into real bookings and memberships for Drip Lounge. Our culture moves fast. You will work directly alongside our core team, gaining hands-on expertise in branding, media strategy, and growth marketing. You will be responsible for building our online presence, creating content, and tying those efforts directly to revenue. If you know how to build an audience and actually sell to them, this role is for you
Qualifications
- Manage our social media presence from top to bottom, including content creation, daily posting, and community engagement.
- Turn followers and online traffic into actual revenue—specifically appointments, memberships, and product sales.
- Design and execute marketing plans that bring in new patients while keeping current ones coming back.
- Coordinate local outreach events and partnerships to increase brand visibility in the community.
- Track the success of all digital campaigns and events, adjusting the strategy based on what drives ROI.
- Report on key performance metrics and regularly pitch ideas for continued growth.
