Job Description
Drip Drop Car Wash is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and sales-driven Guest Service Advisor to join our team.
Our #1 priority is finding someone who is exceptionally strong in sales.
We're looking for someone who knows how to approach customers confidently, build rapport quickly, explain the value of our services, overcome objections professionally, and consistently convert customers into unlimited wash members.
This is not a position for someone who simply waits for customers to ask questions. We want someone who takes initiative, enjoys talking to people, and is motivated by achieving and exceeding sales goals.
While sales and customer service are our primary focus, this is also a hands-on operational position requiring teamwork, vehicle loading, and property maintenance.
Primary Responsibilities – Sales & Customer Service
* Actively approach and engage customers in a friendly, confident, and professional manner.
* Promote and sell unlimited car wash memberships.
* Convert single-wash customers into recurring monthly members.
* Clearly explain wash packages, membership benefits, and pricing.
* Handle customer objections and confidently close sales without using high-pressure or misleading tactics.
* Consistently work toward daily, weekly, and monthly membership sales goals.
* Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
* Assist customers with kiosk transactions and general membership questions.
Additional Responsibilities – Operations
* Safely guide and load vehicles into the automated wash tunnel.
* Follow all tunnel safety and vehicle-loading procedures.
* Maintain cleanliness throughout the property, including vacuum stations, tunnel areas, entrances, exits, and customer areas.
* Empty trash, sweep, organize supplies, and complete routine cleaning duties.
* Assist with opening and closing procedures.
* Support other team members as needed to keep operations running efficiently.

* Previous experience in retail sales, membership sales, wireless sales, automotive sales, or another customer-facing sales environment preferred.
* Outgoing, energetic, persuasive, and comfortable initiating conversations.
* Ability to explain product benefits and overcome objections.
* Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Dependable, punctual, and professional.
* Willingness to work outdoors and perform physical duties.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to assist with loading vehicles and cleaning when needed.

Compensation

Important
Although sales performance is a major focus of this position, all Guest Service Advisors are expected to participate in vehicle loading, cleaning, and other daily car wash operations as needed.
