Join Our Production Team

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Tubing Extruder Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating extrusion equipment, maintaining production quality standards, and working safely in a fast-paced production environment. This is a new extrusion process for our company, so we are seeking someone who can bring hands-on experience, help establish efficient production practices, and contribute to building a successful operation from the ground up.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor tubing extrusion machines
• Adjust machine settings to maintain product specifications and quality standards
• Inspect tubing products for defects, measurements, and consistency
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues during production runs
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on equipment
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies
• Work closely with quality control and production teams to meet daily goals
• Train new operators

Salary : $70,000 - $120,000
