What You'll Do:
- Execute a diverse menu including burgers, sandwiches, tacos, wings, starters, and scratch-made items
- Prep, cook, and plate dishes with consistency and attention to detail during high-volume service
- Work multiple stations including grill, fryer, sauté, and cold prep
- Maintain proper mise en place, organization, and cleanliness at your station
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth, timely service
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code standards
- Stock and manage inventory at your station
- Contribute to a positive, professional kitchen culture
What We're Looking For:
- 1 years of line cook, prep cook, or restaurant kitchen experience
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of core cooking techniques (grilling, frying, sautéing)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
