- Stock shelves and ensure product displays are appealing and well-maintained.
- Supervise junior staff when necessary, providing guidance and support.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette when answering customer calls.
Requirements:
- 21 years of age (legal requirement for handling alcohol)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Previous retail experience preferred
