POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to identify and attract top talent for our organization, including a near-term focus on nationwide recruiting. The ideal candidate will have passion for building relationships with candidates and stakeholders and will have experience with full life-cycle recruitment processes.

LOCATION: The position can be based at DrinkPAK's Headquarters in Santa Clarita, California.
TYPE: Full-time, Regular.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing and corporate positions, ensuring alignment with company needs and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop job descriptions, interview criteria, and hiring plans.
- Full life cycle recruiting for Southern California facilities with potential support across Texas, and additional future DrinkPak Sites.
- Building and maintaining critical relationships with each department leader, including handling intake meetings with hiring managers to assess skill.
- Conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, cultural fit, qualifications, and compensation requirements.
- Optimize and utilize current Applicant Tracking Software (Workday), including job posting and promotion, and candidate management, ensuring data integrity.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking efforts.
- Ensure compliance with federal, states and local employment laws and regulations, DrinkPAK safety rules and other policies and procedures, and promote safety-first culture and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful job performance.
- At least 5 years of experience and proven success as a Full Life-Cycle Recruiter.
- Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn the business and various roles to build strong working relationships with hiring managers and develop a strong sales pitch to attract top talent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Experience supporting high-volume roles.
- Ability to work in fast-paced and high-growth environment.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and strong ability to multi-task, including multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous, start-up environment.
- Effective interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience negotiating offers, relocation packages, and benefits.
- Strong understanding of compliance with government laws/regulations.
- Willingness to take on any task to support the needs and growth of the company (i.e., no task is too big or small).
