POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position will be responsible for ensuring all products produced at this site meet all local and federal regulations and are safe and wholesome.
LOCATION: The position is based at DrinkPAK's facility in Fort Worth, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to address and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Drive compliance with DrinkPAK’s non-conformance procedure and policies.
Provide support for 3rd party audits including brands, Organic, Kosher, SQF and NSF.
Effectively develop and manage Warehouse Quality Specialist.
Regularly review temperature logs and take corrective actions when necessary to maintain product integrity and compliance with quality standards.
Perform regular inspections with pest control services to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure proper compliance in uploading and receiving paperwork, including BOLs and COAs.
Work closely with the Sr. Quality Manager and Sr. Quality Supervisor to effectively sample and segregate block products.
Able to work cross-functionally with the Document Control team and Quality Technicians.
Develop and deliver training and SOP’s to warehouse staff on quality control procedures.
Communicate effectively and work cross-functionally with other departments, including Quality, Warehouse, Inventory, and Supply Chain teams.
Manage internal destruction for raw materials and finished goods, and review internal CODs for accuracy.
Manage rework projects by developing instructions, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and best warehouse practices.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities within the Warehouse Quality function and roll out effective changes and associated SOP’s and training.
Compliant with all safety rules and regulations, GMP’s and all DrinkPAK’s policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field preferred
3-5 years’ experience in Warehouse Quality or manufacturing Quality Control
Experience in a food and beverage laboratory is preferred
Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and quality control practices related to warehouses.
Excellent communication skills and a team player
Strong personal computer skills i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WHS systems
Ability to work under pressure (in an extremely fast-paced environment), meet deadlines (overtime work required), and make effective decisions
Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs; ability to lead others through change
Must be able to take initiative and work with minimal direction
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Skill in organization and prioritization, and attention to detail
Strong team player and leader with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines
Forklift certification required
