Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Engineer to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that empower enterprise-scale financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in BI tools, data modeling, and analytics, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- BI Solution Development: Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI platforms.
- Data Modeling: Design and optimize semantic models for reporting and analytics.
- ETL/ELT Integration: Collaborate with data engineers to ensure reliable data pipelines feeding BI systems.
- Performance Optimization: Enhance query performance and ensure scalability of BI solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Data Governance: Ensure compliance with data quality, security, and governance standards.
Required Skills
- 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence engineering or analytics.
- Hands-on expertise with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Data Warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
- Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Financial Services or regulated environments.
- Exposure to Data Visualization Best Practices for executive reporting.
