The successful candidate will have:
- At least five years’ experience in a similar role, along with practical, hands-on CNC shop experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Essential experience with GIBBS-CAM and Fusion 360.
- Required knowledge of G-code and Mazatrol.
- Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and work closely with CNC machine operators.
- A willingness to operate CNC machines as needed.
- Demonstrated experience improving efficiency and delivering high-quality production.
- Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and API Spec Q1 requirements.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can work effectively with team members drive efficient, high-quality production.
