Job Role:
As a Low Voltage Technician with DRIG, you will be responsible for
installing and troubleshooting aftermarket electronic systems in
various vehicles and heavy machinery. Working on a contract basis,
you’ll handle fleet telematics, such as GPS trackers and cameras,
while ensuring quality and consistency across each project. This role
requires traveling to job sites, with all out-of-area travel
coordinated by DRIG, and demands a strong commitment to excellent
service and technical precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure a range of aftermarket
electronics, including GPS trackers, dash cams, back up
cameras, remote starters, alarms, DVR systems, and ignition
interlock devices.
- Complete
projects for high-profile clients in partnership with DRIG’s
project managers, ensuring customer satisfaction and a smooth
process from start to finish.

Maintain accurate records of completed installations,
ensuring each job meets DRIG’s quality standards and client
requirements.
- Work with DRIG’s
Quality Control (QC) team during the first 30 days to ensure
alignment with DRIG standards and to receive guidance on
complex jobs.
- Communicate
effectively with customers, providing exceptional service and
ensuring a positive experience in every job.
- Use DRIG’s intuitive management system to review job
details, schedule appointments, and manage job-related
documentation.
- Travel locally
or out of area as required, with all travel arrangements made
by DRIG’s travel department.
