AM Dining Room Assistant

Job Title: AM Dining Room Assistant Location: The Factory Restaurant, Sheraton Hotel – Station Square Shift: Morning – Start time as early as 6:30 AM Weekend Availability: Required   Job Summary: The AM Dining Room Assistant plays a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the breakfast and morning dining services at The Factory restaurant. This position assists servers, maintains cleanliness and organization of the dining area, and ensures guests receive prompt, courteous service to enhance their overall experience.   Responsibilities:     Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables promptly Reset tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining room and service areas Ensure that coffee stations, juice dispensers, and other self-service areas are fully stocked Welcome and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner Respond to guest needs or requests efficiently and with a positive attitude Support the overall dining team with opening duties, side work, and closing tasks Follow health and safety standards, as well as all hotel and department policies   Requirements:     Ability to start shifts as early as 6:30 AM Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset Ability to stand and walk for long periods, and lift up to 25 pounds
