Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of all public areas, including:
- Lobbies, hallways, lounges, and corridors
- Public restrooms
- Elevators and stairways
- Fitness center and pool areas
- Employee areas such as locker rooms and restrooms
- Perform routine cleaning tasks:
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and polish floors
- Vacuum carpets and clean rugs and upholstery
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and metalwork
- Clean windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
- Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
- Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and team members
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
- Basic understanding of English for communication and safety compliance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company standards
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- The hotel operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
- Shifts will vary based on business needs; flexibility is required
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Manual dexterity for cleaning tasks
