In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our kitchen facilities. Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the cleanliness of all dishware, including careful washing by hand and safe operation of washing equipment
* Maintain safety in the kitchen by clearing spills promptly and keeping all kitchen equipment and surfaces thoroughly clean
* Empty, wash, and return trash bins over ¾ full, and keep the wash area organized
* Pitch in to help with special and deep cleaning projects
Requirements
* Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is preferred
* Effective communication in Basic English is required
* Ability to operate a dishwashing machine, handle dishware carefully, and maintain floor cleanliness
* Continuous standing, full mobility, and lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 70 pounds
