This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cleveland, OH, for a Salesperson at Driftwood Catering. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating new leads, cultivating client relationships, and managing event sales. Key responsibilities include conducting consultations, preparing proposals, closing sales, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure successful event execution. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet revenue goals.
- Proven abilities in Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple events and deadlines
- Familiarity with Catering or Hospitality industries is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team and quickly adapt to changing client needs
- Proficiency in CRM tools or other sales tracking software is an advantage
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to attend events as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
