Assistant General Manager – Drift Palm Beach

Drift Palm Beach is a fast-growing, high-volume café and restaurant built around clean ingredients, strong hospitality, great coffee, and a fast-paced team culture.
We are looking for a hands-on Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations and grow with the company as we expand.
This is not a sit-in-the-office management role. We’re looking for someone who leads from the floor, works alongside the team, stays calm under pressure, and is willing to jump into any part of the operation when needed.
Some days that means running expo during a rush. Other days it means helping on the line, supporting the front counter, coaching the team, or solving problems on the fly.
We care far more about attitude, work ethic, leadership ability, and hustle than perfectly polished resumes.
What You’ll Do
- Help lead daily operations in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain strong service flow and organization during busy periods
- Coach and motivate the team
- Hold standards for hospitality, cleanliness, speed, and consistency
- Assist with scheduling and shift management
- Jump into any role needed to support the team
- Help build a strong, positive team culture
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of hospitality experience
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Strong sense of urgency and work ethic
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Hands-on leadership style
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized, adaptable, and solution-oriented
- Someone hungry to grow with a company long term
Experience in restaurants, bars, coffee, nightlife, or fast casual environments is all relevant.
