Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Back of House Team Member to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the preparation and presentation of high-quality food while ensuring that all food safety standards are met. You will work closely with other kitchen staff to create a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Duties

• Assist in food preparation and cooking, ensuring all dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak hours.
• Participate in menu planning by providing input on seasonal ingredients and dish ideas.
• Support catering operations by preparing food items for off-site events as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and report any shortages to management.
• Follow proper sanitation practices and maintain compliance with health regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a restaurant or catering environment, is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
