What You’ll Be Doing
You’re the first hello and the lasting impression.
- Welcome guests with confidence, warmth, and personality
- Lead our check-in and check-out experience
- Be a go-to for recommendations (food, drinks, neighborhoods, experiences)
- Anticipate needs before they’re asked
- Communicate with your team via Slack to keep everything flowing
- Problem-solve on the fly with calmness and creativity
- Keep the front desk and surrounding areas sharp, clean, and organized
Who You Are
- Naturally social and engaging with guests
- You can read situations and respond accordingly
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable juggling multiple things at once
- Curious and proactive
- Tech-friendly, quick to learn new systems
- Hospitality experience is a plus!

- Full-time and part-time positions (potentially including weekends and holidays)
- On-site in Nashville, TN
- $19/hour
