Job Overview
Drift Bar & Restaurant is looking for a dependable, professional bartender and waitress to join our team. We are a fast-paced bar focused on quality service, consistency, and a drama-free work environment. We are family owned and operated and take pride in all we do and serve. In addition to hourly pay, this is a heavy tip position.
What We’re Looking For

- Able to follow systems and structure
- Professional attitude with customers and coworkers
- Comfortable working independently during shifts
- Prior bartending experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and consistently
- Provide excellent customer service
- Follow all cash handling and inventory procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized bar at all times
- Restock and prep (fruit, juices, ice, etc.)
- Communicate clearly with team and management
- Washing glasses & keeping all areas sanitary and neat.
- Food running
- Communicate with guests respectively and be attentive to the needs of guests.
- Positive attitude
Requirements:
- Must be 21
- Ability to work evenings/days and possibly weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift bar supplies
- Must follow company policies and procedures at all times
