Role Description
As a Customer Care Professional at DRI International, you will be working full time, on-site in Dearborn, MI, to provide exceptional support to new and existing customers. You will address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain detailed records of interactions. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery, analyze customer feedback, and contribute to ongoing improvements in the customer support process.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Support skills to enhance client experience.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Supporting certification program including processing applications, renewal outreach and applying continuing education credits.
- Supporting educational courses including registration, reporting, course grading, and logistics support.
