Are you a motivated leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Join the team at DRF Installations, Inc., a top provider of hot water solutions across ten states. We’re looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to help lead our fast-paced and growing call center. Mid-shift availability is preferred.

What You’ll Do
- Create an atmosphere of outstanding customer service.
- Coach and mentor the customer service team to drive success.
- Handle escalated calls and resolve issues quickly.
- Monitor call volumes and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the supervisor on duty, managing priorities and adapting to change.
What You Bring
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Call center experience (preferred, but not required).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including some weekends. Mid-shift availability is preferred.
Business Schedule:
- Weekdays: 6 AM – 10 PM
- Weekends: 6 AM – 9 PM
- Rotating shifts and weekends required
