What You’ll Do:
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Volkswagen vehicles
- Accurately identify issues using factory diagnostic tools and procedures
- Lead and support less experienced technicians when needed
- Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with advisors regarding repair timelines and needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Master or Expert-level Volkswagen certification (or equivalent experience)
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to handle complex repairs independently
- High level of accountability and attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with leadership capability
- Must have your own professional-grade tools and toolbox
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
