What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Law and Probate Litigation Attorney position at Drexler Law?
Drexler Law, a multi-office Colorado Springs law firm, seeks a motivated and enthusiastic family law and probate litigation attorney to join a top-notch legal team that assists reasonable and deserving clients in the handling of a wide range of atypical family law litigation matters. Those who strive for the ordinary or cookie-cutter approach to family law litigation need not apply; in fact, stay far, far away. A personality is a must and makes this work far more interesting and rewarding.
Candidates must be a licensed Colorado Bar member or be willing to obtain bar membership expeditiously. Family law experience is ideal; however, litigation experience allows for a smooth transition. Candidates should be enthusiastic to learn, and willing to take on responsibility for both excellent work product and superior client communication. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exemplary research and writing skills, while exceptional candidates will be able to demonstrate a strong courtroom presence.
Attorneys with interest or experience in probate matters, estate planning, and trusts are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 3 years of litigation experience should expect a minimum base salary of $100,000.00. Experience and results merit higher base compensation. Our quarterly industry-leading Bonus Program allows for substantial additional revenue at the attorney’s own pace.
