Research Assistant

Job Summary

Working with an NIH-funded project focusing on longitudinal data analysis using advanced data science, including using computer software R and/or SAS experience data analysis utilizing AI/machine learning techniques using R (R is requested).

Essential Functions

• Data management
• Data analysis, specific in machine learning algorithms/models

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master's Degree in Computing
• Minimum of less than 1 year of experience.
• Have strong experience in data analysis in machine learning and advanced prediction modeling using R software.
• Strong experience using R and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience using SAS

Physical Demands

• Typically sitting at a desk/table

• University City - Philadelphia, PA

Additional Information

This is a Part-Time casual position classified as Non-Exempt. The offered pay is based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
