Print Production Specialist

Full-Time
$20–$22 per hour, depending on experience
Drexel Technologies is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Print Production Specialist to join our production team in our Maryland Heights office.
This is a hands-on position involving a wide variety of print production work. The ideal candidate enjoys working with equipment, learning new processes, staying organized, and producing quality work for customers.
Previous print-production experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities will include a variety of production tasks such as:
- Printing small-format documents and construction plan sets
- Operating large-format printers and production equipment
- Large-format scanning and document reproduction
- Folding, binding, cutting and finishing printed materials
- Producing and finishing banners and signs
- Installing grommets and performing banner finishing
- Mounting and finishing rigid signage
- Preparing customer files and jobs for production
- Entering and processing customer orders
- Performing quality-control checks before jobs are completed
- Packaging and preparing completed work for customer pickup or delivery
- Maintaining an organized and clean production environment
- Learning new equipment, materials and production processes as our capabilities expand
What We're Looking For

- Previous printing, sign production, bindery, copy center or graphics-production experience is a plus, but not required
A Good Fit Might Be Someone With Experience In
Commercial printing, reprographics, construction printing, sign production, wide-format printing, digital printing, copy centers, bindery/finishing, graphics production or similar hands-on production environments.

Pay: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience
We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, enjoys learning new skills and wants to become an important part of our production team.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
