Drexel Interiors, a trusted name in cabinetry and interior finishes for over 40 years, is seeking a motivated Cabinet Salesperson to join our Indianapolis location. This role focuses on cabinet sales for new construction, remodel, and renovation projects, working with homeowners, builders, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting cabinet styles, layouts, and finishes that meet their functional and design needs
Sell kitchen, bath, and other cabinetry solutions
Create designs, layouts, and pricing using industry software
Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation
Manage projects from initial consultation through order and completion
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records in company systems and CRM
Meet or exceed individual sales goals
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous sales experience strongly encouraged
Cabinet, kitchen & bath, or construction-related experience preferred
Experience with cabinet design and estimating software such as 20/20, Design Flex, or similar programs is highly encouraged
Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
Comfortable working with computer systems and design software
