- Lead and supervise grading crews to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on job sites
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment used in grading operations
- Read and interpret construction plans and survey stakes to execute grading work accurately
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to meet project deadlines
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets company standards
- Travel as Needed
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in grading operations
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team with References
- Expertise in operating various types of heavy equipment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry
- Clean Driving Record
- Must be able to read and interpret Civil Plans
- Computer and Procore knowledge
