Implementation Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Baltimore, MD for an Implementation Consultant. The Implementation Consultant will manage and execute the full lifecycle of software implementations, including system configuration, user training, troubleshooting, and driving user adoption. The role requires collaborating with clients to tailor solutions, address business needs, and improve processes. The consultant will lead project planning, create documentation, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality results.

• Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in Consulting and client relationship management
• Expertise in Software Implementation and Project Implementation
• Excellent Communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and reporting
• Proficiency in project management and ability to meet deadlines effectively
• Knowledge of construction industry practices and familiarity with platforms like ProjectSight or Trimble PPM is a plus
• Experience with training, change management, and driving organizational adoption of new technologies is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
