Drew Carter State Farm in Vestavia, AL is seeking a motivated and energetic Cold Caller to join our team! If you're energized by the phone and motivated by results, this is the highest-paid foot in the door in our office. You'll work warm, high-quality lead lists (no random dialing), introduce prospective customers to our insurance products, and transfer qualified prospects to our sales team. The math is simple: $20/hour base plus $5 for every quote — hit 2 quotes an hour and you're making $30/hour. Our expectation is a transfer of each qualified prospect to the sales team. This is a proven launchpad: our best cold callers grow into full-time Account Representative roles with uncapped commission. What You'll Do • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided lead lists (target pace: ~80 calls/hour) • Introduce our insurance products and qualify interest • Transfer qualified prospects to the sales team — 2 qualified transfers/hour is quota • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships • Log calls and outcomes accurately in our CRM • Hit daily and weekly targets for calls and transfers What We're Looking For • Proven experience as a cold caller, telemarketer, or in phone sales • Excellent verbal communication — clear, upbeat, and professional • Thick skin: you handle rejection and stay persistent • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable • Comfortable learning CRM software (we'll train you) • High school diploma or equivalent Why You'll Want This Role • Clear, simple pay: $20/hour base $5 per quote — $30/hour at quota • Flexible part-time schedule, in our Vestavia office • All leads, scripts, and training provided — you bring the energy • Clear growth path into a full-time Account Representative career Work Location: In person — 2521 Rocky Ridge Rd, Vestavia, AL 35243
