We are looking for a Software Engineer III with strong Modern C development experience and hands-on expertise in AI-assisted software development. The ideal candidate will have experience using Claude, Python, and multi-agent AI systems to build, validate, and optimize software solutions. This role requires a quality-first mindset with the ability to review, debug, and verify AI-generated code while following modern software engineering practices.
Required Skills
- 5 years of software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Modern C
- Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
- Hands-on experience with Claude AI in software development
- Strong Python scripting and automation skills
- Experience working with Multi-Agent/Agentic AI workflows and orchestration
- Ability to review, debug, and validate AI-generated code
- Experience with AI-driven or Spec-Driven Development workflows
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- OpenAI tools or GitHub Copilot CLI
