Schedule: 10–15 hours/week (M & W; includes outreach events, occasional evenings/weekends with advance notice)
Compensation: $12–$16/hour, based on experience

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, community-oriented Mobile Outreach & Depop Coordinator to expand our reach and connect underserved and minoritized communities to our services.
This role blends outreach, relationship-building, and hands-on operational work. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with diverse populations, confident in public speaking, and passionate about increasing access to resources. You will also oversee our online boutique platforms (Depop/Poshmark) as a revenue-generating extension of our mission.
Key Responsibilities
Mobile Outreach & Community Engagement (Primary Focus)
- Plan and execute 2–4 mobile outreach events monthly in partnership with community organizations
- Build and maintain relationships with partners serving underserved and minoritized communities
- Represent Dress for Success NWA at community events, schools, and partner sites
- Lead outreach efforts that connect individuals to workforce development, suiting, and career services
- Facilitate basic presentations or information sessions about services and resources
- Conduct follow-up communication with outreach participants to connect them to ongoing support
Depop & Online Boutique Management
- Manage Depop (and other platforms as needed) including:
- Photographing inventory and creating product listings
- Writing descriptions and pricing items strategically
- Packaging and shipping orders
- Develop creative strategies to increase sales and engagement
- Promote online drops through social media and marketing collaboration
Content & Promotion Support
- Capture photos/videos during outreach and Depop processes
- Assist with creating social media content that highlights outreach impact and boutique sales
- Collaborate with marketing to promote events, drops, and community stories
Intern Support
- Help guide and support outreach or operations interns as assigned
- Provide clear direction during outreach events and Depop tasks
Inventory & Donation Support
- Assist with tracking inventory and preparing items for online sales
- Support donation days and inventory organization
- Help coordinate and execute inventory sales throughout the year
Events & Team Support
- Assist with fundraising events, outreach activations, and donation days
- Support setup, engagement, and breakdown as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with diverse populations
- Confidence in public speaking, presentations, and community engagement
- Passion for serving underserved and minoritized communities
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience with social media platforms and/or online resale tools (Depop, Poshmark, etc.)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation for outreach activities
Preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
- Experience in outreach, nonprofit work, retail, or community engagement
- Photography, styling, or merchandising experience
- Experience working with interns or volunteers
