Summary Description
The Client Services Coordinator of Dress for Success Boston is the first point of contact for Dress for Success Boston guests. This role is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with referral agency partners, scheduling client appointments, and assisting the team to ensure excellent client services.
Agency Relations
- Maintain strong relationships with current referral agencies.
- Strategically develop new relationships with agencies.
- Manage the scheduling of clients, including reasonably accommodating “emergency” appointments.
- Ensure DFS Boston’s MOUs are understood and adhered to by referral agencies.
General Administration
- Maintain positive communication and work collaboratively with staff and volunteers.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors.
- Answer phones and record outgoing messages on the main number.
- Ensure the reception area is welcoming and in keeping with a high quality, top-tier experience.
- Enter client data in QuickBase and Access databases.
Client Services
- Ensure that clients receive professional clothing and a significant confidence boost.
- Develop and execute initiatives to increase the number of women receiving services.
- Collaborate with the staff team and any relevant committees geared to the development of new programs to increase client numbers.
- Follow Communications with clients/agencies from their appointments (virtual or in-person)
- Create Excel, inputting clients’ feedback/quotes.
- Ensure referral forms are filed monthly and available for data entry.
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to maintain a professional and positive demeanor.
- Proven accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ideal candidate should be interested in working within a nonprofit environment
- Speaking two or more languages is not a requirement, but would be a plus!
Work Schedule
- Hours per week: 20
- 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
- Monday through Friday
