POSITION PURPOSE:
- Support Senior Business Partners by organizing data, preparing reports, and assisting with forecasting activities.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when analyzing data, preparing reports, and handling confidential information.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Analyze historical data and planned product changes to model and forecast business trends.
- Apply predictive analytics and business intelligence tools to support forecasting and strategic decision-making.
- Develop analytics that identify trends across multiple organizational data sources.
- Transform complex data into meaningful, actionable business insights.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data to generate business insights and draw logical conclusions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify project requirements and business objectives.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience creating, tracking, and maintaining reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to type 50 words per minute.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
