Role Description The Client Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Drenon Jewelry in Independence, MO. This role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the selection of jewelry pieces and services, including ready-made, special-order, and custom designs. The Client Advisor provides detailed product information, explains care and maintenance, and supports after-sales service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include maintaining showroom presentation, managing basic sales transactions, documenting customer preferences, and coordinating with team members on special orders or custom projects. The Client Advisor also helps uphold Drenon Jewelry’s standards of trust, integrity, and personalized service in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Client Relations and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction, including listening carefully, understanding preferences, and providing tailored recommendations.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain designs, options, and services.
- Basic understanding of Insurance or protection plans related to jewelry purchases is beneficial.
- Previous retail or luxury sales experience, ideally in jewelry or fashion, is preferred.
