Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive and equipment repair, with hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues. This role involves working in various environments, providing exceptional customer service while performing repairs and maintenance on a range of vehicles and equipment.

Duties

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on generators.
• Utilize schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems and mechanical components.
• Conduct routine maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Operate hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and installations.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding repair needs and solutions.
• Assist in heavy lifting tasks as required during equipment installation or repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to automotive and equipment repair.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is preferred.
• Proven service technician experience with a focus on equipment repair.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with hand tools, power tools.
• Electrical experience is essential for troubleshooting complex systems.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed in the field.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Experience in sales is advantageous but not required.
