Job Description
Dream Marina is seeking two reliable, professional, and attentive Security Officers to help maintain a safe and secure environment for our property, tenants, visitors, and staff.
The ideal candidates are responsible, punctual, observant, and comfortable interacting professionally with customers and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor property entrances, exits, and surrounding areas.
- Conduct regular security patrols throughout the property.
- Observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or security incidents.
- Assist tenants, visitors, and staff when necessary.
- Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports.
- Enforce property rules and security procedures.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and contact authorities when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and courteous presence at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous security experience preferred.
- Strong communication and observation skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Must meet applicable Florida security licensing requirements.
Compensation
- $16.00 per hour
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
