Out-of-town projects pay a higher hourly rate plus additional bonus opportunities. Want the extra money? Take the travel work. Prefer staying closer to home? Most of our work is based around Northwest Indiana.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re not looking for someone who needs to be chased around a jobsite.We want someone who:
- Has proven carpentry/install experience
- Can read prints and work to spec
- Can work independently and solve problems
- Shows up consistently and ready to work
- Takes pride in doing things right
- Communicates well with the crew and customers
- Is honest, dependable, and accountable
- Has a valid driver’s license
- Owns basic hand tools
- Is authorized to work in the U.S.
You don’t need to know everything. But you do need to know your craft, care about your work, and want to keep getting better.
