Assistant Graphic Designer

Our Graphics team oversees visual storytelling across packaging, digital platforms, and retail-facing assets. From hangtags and belly bands to ecommerce imagery and enhanced content, the team manages the end-to-end development of visual assets, including concepting, photoshoots, AI-generated imagery, retouching, and cross-functional approvals. 

As we continue expanding our use of AI-driven creative tools, we are seeking a Visual Content Assistant to support the execution of visual content initiatives across multiple brands and platforms. This role focuses on asset preparation, organization, and production support while providing exposure to ecommerce content and emerging AI workflows. 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, eager to grow within a fast-paced creative environment, and able to execute the following essential responsibilities:

Content & Imagery Support

• Support the Visual Content Specialist and Graphic Operations Manager in coordinating internal photoshoots, including sample tracking, asset preparation, file organization, and follow-up.
• Organize, label, and archive digital assets to ensure accessibility and version control.
• Prepare images and layout files for internal review and cross-functional approvals.

Amazon & Ecommerce Execution

• Assist in formatting and resizing imagery for Amazon A Content and other ecommerce platforms according to retailer specifications.
• Support revisions and updates to existing digital assets as directed.
• Conduct basic visual audits of competitor listings and provide findings to the team.

AI Workflow Execution

• Generate AI-based imagery and backgrounds under the direction of the Visual Content Specialist.
• Execute revisions and refinements to AI-generated assets to align with established brand standards.
• Assist in testing new creative tools and documenting processes as needed.

Design & Production Assistance

• Assist in the creation and revision of packaging elements including hangtags, belly bands, logos, and mockups.
• Perform basic retouching and image clean-up in Photoshop.
• Prepare production-ready files under supervision. 
• Maintain organized project folders and ensure accuracy across file versions.

Qualifications: 

• 0-1 years related experience or relevant internship experience in graphic design, visual content, or ecommerce creative.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator required).
• Interest in ecommerce content and digital marketplace standards.
• Exposure to AI image-generation platforms a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a creative team.
